I‘ve been studying health and nutrition for the past fifteen years, and working in the dietary supplement and health publishing business for the last five. When my own health started to decline about four years ago, I dug deep into the trenches of natural health, nutrition research, herbs, detoxification, and all things health related, and I’ve been there ever since.
I’m constantly experimenting with diet, lifestyle modification and herbal supplements to optimize my health. Though I’ve made inroads on my chronic fatigue, brain fog, digestive issues and SIBO, I’ve still got a ways to go to get fully back to health.
